2. Why can I only see Recommended Retail Prices and not the Member Prices?
SAFE is a wholesale distributor. Member prices are only displayed to registered SAFE members. SAFE memberships are free to Australian and overseas residents. Please click here for more information and to join SAFE online.

3. What is the cost of a SAFE membership?
SAFE's lifetime membership is free. Customers wishing to operate their membership as a networking business pay an annual fee of $27.50 (incl. GST). Please click here for more information and the application form.

4. Is SAFE a network marketing company?
SAFE members can choose to promote products and operate their membership as an income generating business. However, this is not a requirement. Many members of SAFE only buy products for themselves and benefit from low prices and health related information. There is no pressure from SAFE at any time to sign up new members or to buy products.

5. How much do you charge for postage?
SAFE charges no postage fee to Australian delivery addresses for any single order that has a total value of $100 (excluding GST) or more. For orders below this threshold, SAFE charges a low flat fee of $6.95 (including GST) to any delivery address in Australia.

6. How long does it take for my order to arrive at my residence?

7. I live outside Australia. Can I place an order online?
