Each capsule contains:
quercetin 300mg
pinus pinaster (marine pine) stem bark dry 201mg
bromelain 50mg
vitis vinifera (grape) seed dry 600mg

Thank you for helping me breathe again! Up until today I have breathed through my mouth and not through the nose like everyone else. It was like having a blocked nose all day everyday.
