Natural Balance Formula is specifically formulated to assist women of all ages in the relief of premenstrual and menopausal symptoms, combining soy bean extract and other herbs. This porduct may assist in the improvement or maintenance of general well-being.

The combination of herbal ingredients in this formula also assist women going through the mature phase of life and are traditionally used for female complaints, such as the relief of hot flushes, associated with menopause. Natural Balance Formula is also a good source of Calcium. Women's calcium requirements are increased after menopause.

Each capsule contains:

Glycine max (soy bean) seed fresh 3.525g (equivalent genistein – 20mg)

cirmicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) rhizome & root dry 250mg

trifolium pratense (red clover) herb dry 800mg (equiv. isoflavones – 5mg)

dioscorea villosa (wild yam) root dry 75mg

colecalciferol 1.25mcg (equivalent vitamin D3 – 50IU)

magnesium oxide 35.1mg (equivalent magnesium -20mg)

calcium hydrogen phosphate 174mg (equivalent calcium – 40mg)

Take 2-3 capsules daily.

In sensitive individuals, Black Cohosh may cause digestive discomfort. High doses are potentially dangerous and may cause vertigo, liver dysfunction, visual and nervous disturbances.
Not suitable for use during pregnancy or while taking the contraceptive pill.
