Take 1-2 capsules, two to three times daily.

Thank you for helping me breathe again! Up until today I have breathed through my mouth and not through the nose like everyone else. It was like having a blocked nose all day everyday. Attempting 3 or 4 inhales of the nose would usually follow with a burst of panting though my mouth and I could never understand why breathing through my nose was such an exhausting effort.
