Domestic Orders
1. General Information
Depending on your location and address supplied, SAFE uses either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for product deliveries. Orders placed via this website before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day.
2. Charges
SAFE members are not charged any postage or packing fees on a single order if the order amount is $100 (before GST) or more. Orders below this threshold attract a low flat fee of $6.95 (inc GST), regardless of the customer's location or the size and weight of the package.

1. Taxes and Duties
All orders with a shipping address outside Australia do not attract Australian GST. Customers are responsible for any local charges including VAT, custom duties etc. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Courier (EMS).

SAFE charges low shipping rates for all international orders. The charges are based on the weight and destination of the parcel.
