1. SAFE Membership

Only registered SAFE members are eligible for purchases through this website. Please click here for information on how to become a SAFE member.

2. Confirmation of orders

Orders submitted to SAFE via this website are subject to confirmation via email. Confirmations are usually send within 12 hours of receipt of order. Customers should contact SAFE on (07) 55934566 or via email to health@safe.com.au if they have not received a confirmation of their order within this time.

3. Changes to existing orders

Customers wishing to change an order placed at this website should contact S.A.F.E. on (07) 55934566 and quote their membership number as well as online order number. SAFE will endeavour do accommodate any requests. However, as SAFE strives to dispatch customer orders as soon as possible no guarantee can be made that a cancellation will be possible after the submission of the order confirmation.

4. Returns

SAFE offers customers a credit on any product returned directly to SAFE within 14 days of purchase, should the product be defective. If a customer is under the impression that a product is defective they shall contact SAFE to obtain an approval for return, quoting product name, size, batch number and invoice number.

5. Location of Customers

Only SAFE members with an Australian address are currently able to place orders at www.safe.com.au. SAFE members located overseas (including New Zealand) are able to place their order via phone, mail, fax or email.

6. Copyright

All information and material provided at www.safe.com.au is protected by copyright. No reproduction must be made without a written permission by SAFE.

7. Privacy

SAFE is committed to protecting any personal data gathered through www.safe.com.au in accordance with the Privacy Act (1988).

8.  Links to third parties

SAFE may include links to other websites or online resources on this website to provide further value to its customers. S.A.F.E. shall not liable in any way whatsoever for the availability or content of these websites or resources. 

9. Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and legal proceedings by either party shall be instituted in the appropriate Court in the State.

10. Context

These terms are ancillary to the terms and conditions applicable for the SAFE membership and the SAFE Marketing System, a copy of which can be obtained through the SAFE headquarters.
