SAFE™'s Herbal Iron is a combination of the iron-rich herbs nettle and dong quai, along with ferrous gluconate (iron), B vitamin complex and vitamin C. Iron is required by the body for essential functions such as blood building, oxygen transportation, energy production and immune function.


Each 5mL dose contains:

  • Purified water
  • Glycerol
  • Urtica dioica (Nettle)
  • Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai)
  • Natural orange flavour
  • Ferrous gluconate (Iron)
  • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
  • Inulin
  • Thiamine hydrochloride (B1)
  • Riboflavin (B2)
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6)
  • Cyanocobalamin (B12)
  • Folic acid
  • 1 teaspoonful (5ml) may be consumed twice daily.
