Add 100ml to a stardard size warm bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Do not use soap or rinse. Wrap body in towel and rest for 1 hour. Bath can be reheated and does not stain tub, body or clothing. Or after using the bath, leave water to cool, then water plants or feed to animals to provide a nutrient boost
If you are suffering a heart condition, please consult your physician before use. The Bath is also not recommended during pregnancy from the third month onwards, nor during menstruation.
