Domestic Orders
1. General Information
Depending on the location and address supplied, your order will be delivered by either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day.
2. Charges
There is free postage on Australian orders over $100. For orders less than $100, there is a small postage charge of $9.95, regardless of the customer's location or the size and weight of the package.

International Orders
1. Taxes and Duties
All orders with a shipping address outside Australia do not attract Australian GST. Customers are responsible for any local charges, including VAT, custom duties etc. Please contact the customs department in your country to for guidance on fees and charges on imports. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post airmail.
2. Charges
Shipping rates for international orders are weight-based, and are calculated dependent upon the destination of the parcel. Only the Australian Post freight charges are included.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the country and region of the shipping address. Please call + 61 7 5593 4566 Monday- Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (AEST) if your order has not arrived within 20 days.
Returns
Prior to returning any product, please call within 14 days of receipt of your order, quoting the product name and size, batch number, expiry date and invoice number. If a product is found to be defective, we will either replace the product or credit the purchase price of the product.
